Welcome to Lady Aviators!

In October of 2019, Jordan Lascomb, our President, invited a few other dedicated and passionate aviators to join her in creating a platform centered around providing resources and a safe space for individuals that identified or preferred as women and are interested and/or involved in any facet of aviation. This platform then grew to become a Nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.

Soon thereafter we started our Instagram page where we wanted to feature our members and show off how incredible they are!

But that wasn't it. We wanted our group to be active in the industry and engage not just our members, but our allies as well! So Meme Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays, and Poll Phridays became part of our weekly lineup. It has been a really fun and simple way to engage our members and allies as well as to learn more about the people we are interacting with every day!

Beyond the fun engagement activities, we encourage connections and networking between our members and every career in aviation. We want to see growth in these areas and for the industry to flourish with women who are passionate and excited and to provide them with an environment that understands their love but also sees, loves, and understands their identity as a person outside of aviation as well!

The goal here is provide resources to EVERYONE regardless of their involvement on social media and show them the incredible things that they are capable of.
